prepared in 15 minutes 
vegetarian 

What you want: 

50g strawberries 
1 degree tbsp sweetener 
1 degree tsp matcha powder 
200ml semi-skimmed milk 

What you do: 

1. Combine the matcha powder with 1 tbsp of just-boiled water to type a paste, then go away to chill. 

2. Put the strawberries and sweetener in a small pan with 200ml of water. Carry to the boil, then scale back the warmth to medium and go away to simmer for round 5 minutes, or till the strawberries have softened. Take away from the warmth and mix to a purée. 

3. Pour the strawberry sauce right into a tall glass, add ice cubes and the milk. Prime with the matcha.

Iced vanilla matcha latte recipe 

serves 1

prepared in 10 minutes 
vegetarian 

What you want: 

1 degree tsp matcha powder 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
200ml semi-skimmed milk 

What you do: 

1. Combine the matcha powder with 1 tbsp of just-boiled water to type a paste, then go away to chill. 

2. Add the vanilla extract and milk to a tall glass and stir, then add ice cubes and high with the matcha.
