2 x 11.5g sachets strawberry sugar-free jelly crystals
2 x 12g powdered gelatine sachets
170g fat-free pure yogurt
½ tsp vanilla extract

1. Put the jelly crystals and gelatine in a jug, add 280ml boiling water and stir till dissolved. Enable to chill fully, then pour half the combination into the moulds and chill within the fridge for quarter-hour.
2. Combine the remaining combination with the yogurt and vanilla extract. Pour into the moulds and chill within the fridge till totally set – this could take about 2 hours.
