130g dates
3 medium bananas

175g plain porridge oats (use gluten-free oats to make this gluten-free)
50g dried apricots, roughly chopped
50g sultanas
What you do:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C/gasoline 4.
2. Put the dates in a bowl, cowl with boiling water and go away to soak for 10 minutes.
3. Drain the dates, then tip them into your meals processor with the bananas and maple syrup, then blitz to a paste (when you don’t have a meals processor, you need to use a stick blender).
4. Add the date combination to a mixing bowl together with all the opposite substances and blend effectively.
