920g cooked skinless and boneless rooster breasts, sliced

2 entire cloves
2 dried bay leaves
2 tbsp chopped recent coriander, to serve.
What you do:
1. Put the chopped onions, ginger and garlic in a blender or meals processor, and mix till easy. Add just a little water if needed.
