Apple and cinnamon overnight oats

What you want:

40g plain porridge oats
125g fat-free pure yogurt
2 pinches of floor cinnamon
1 apple
2 tsp pomegranate seeds

What you do:

1. Put the oats, yogurt, a pinch of cinnamon and three tbsp water in a sealable plastic tub. Stir to combine properly, then put the lid on and chill in a single day.

2. Within the morning, lower the 4 cheeks off the apple as near the core as doable. Finely cube 3 of them, and finely slice the opposite one. Stir the diced apple via the oats, including slightly extra water to loosen the combination if wanted.

3. Tip the oat combination right into a bowl and organize the sliced apple on high. Scatter over the pomegranate seeds, sprinkle over the remaining cinnamon and serve.
