With correct pastry and a filling full of flavour, these sage and apple sausage rolls are a magic mouthful. Put them out at a celebration or picnic (or pop them in a packed lunch) and watch them disappear!
Sage and apple Slimming World sausage rolls

1 small onion, finely chopped
150g lean pork mince (5% fats or much less)
6 Slimming World Free Meals Pork Sausages, thawed and skinned
1 small Cox’s apple, peeled, cored and finely diced
1 tbsp finely chopped recent sage
1 medium egg, crushed
2 x 39g filo pastry sheets
low-calorie cooking spray
What you do:
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gasoline 6. Put the onion, pork mince, sausagemeat, apple, sage and a lot of the crushed egg right into a bowl. Season evenly, then combine properly.
