Wholesome Veggie Salad Bowl

Elements  

  • 1/2 c. quinoa (dry after which cooked to package deal directions, Word: 1/2 c. makes 2-4 servings)

  • 1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 candy potatoes (cubed and roasted)
  • 3 c. greens, cooked or uncooked (spinach, kale, chard or a mix)
  • 1.5 c. mango, diced
  • 2 avocados, peeled and sliced
  • 1 c. hummus (notice recipe hyperlinks under)*
  • sea salt and pepper (to style)
  • smoked paprika (to style)

Technique 

  1. In particular person bowls, put a beneficiant portion of quinoa, beans, greens, mango, and avocado across the sides of the bowl and a dollop of hummus within the center.
