What you do:
1. Preheat your oven to 220˚C/fan 200˚C/fuel 7.
2. Combine the egg yolks, cocoa powder, flour and 4 tbsp yogurt in a bowl till easy. Whisk the egg whites in a clear bowl till stiff peaks type, then fold by way of the flour combination till mixed.
